Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Veroa (“Veroa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website. We designed the site to collect as little personal information as possible. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not set our own cookies, and there is no account, login, or sign-up on this site.

Information you give us

The only place you can submit personal information on this site is our “book a call” form. If you choose to book a call, you may provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • Your role (for example, Founder/CEO, People/HR, Engineering)
  • Any notes you choose to add before the call (optional free-text field)
  • The date and time slot you select for the call

When you use the form, your browser’s time zone is detected automatically so we can show and confirm the correct meeting time. If you email us directly (for example, at an address published on this site), we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

We do not use website analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording on this site, and we do not set our own cookies or store data in your browser.

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers process standard technical request data (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to serve the site securely and reliably. To protect the booking form from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA when you interact with that form. Google reCAPTCHA collects device and usage information and may set its own cookies; its use is governed by Google’s privacy policy and terms.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage the call you request
  • Send you a calendar invitation and any related communication about that call
  • Respond to questions or messages you send us
  • Protect the site and the booking form against spam, fraud, and abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We do not set our own cookies and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers. The web fonts used on this site are self-hosted, so loading them does not send your data to a font provider. The only third-party technology that may set cookies is Google reCAPTCHA, and only in connection with the booking form (see above).

Service providers we share data with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and schedule calls. These are:

  • Cal.com: scheduling. When you book a call, the details you submit (name, email, time zone, company, role, notes, and selected time) are sent to Cal.com to create the booking and send the calendar invitation.
  • Google Calendar: the booking is placed on our team calendar via Cal.com, so the meeting details are processed by Google as part of creating that event.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: spam and abuse prevention for the booking form.
  • Google Cloud: hosting and server infrastructure for the site and the booking request handler.
  • Cloudflare: content delivery network that serves the site.

These providers process the data on our behalf to deliver these services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We keep the booking and contact information you provide only for as long as needed to schedule and follow up on your call and to keep a reasonable business record. Unless a longer period is required by law, we retain this information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We honor these requests regardless of your location where we reasonably can.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR):

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA):

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Request access to, or deletion of, your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To make a request, email us at privacy@veroa.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Governing law

Veroa operates as a remote organization based in the United States, with operations centered in California. This policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
